We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

DELIVERY
Purchases are shipped within 2 days of receipt, based on item availability. You will be informed of availability at the time of your purchase.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are shipped via insured UPS. Shipping times exclude Saturday, Sundays, and holidays. Shipping prices are subject to change. Sales tax is not added unless we are shipping to within Louisiana (4%), Orleans Parish (9%), Jefferson Parish (8 ¾%) and St. Tammany (8 ¾% ). All shipments will require a signature upon delivery.

RETURNS

• Defective Products: Give us a call for the manufacturer’s contact information. This is a rare occurrence and we apologize for any inconvenience. The warranty is with the manufacturer.
• For returns other than defective products these are our guidelines.
• Customer must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the product(s) they wish to return. Customer service will determine if we can accept the item for a refund, a store credit, or not at all. (The following items are not returnable: books, brushes, markers, etc.)
• If the items are acceptable for return you will receive a Return Authorization Number which must be clearly written on the outside of the returning package. We will not accept any returns without the Return Authorization Number.
• Upon receipt, we will inspect the condition of the merchandise and determine your “Restocking Charge”. If the merchandise is in “like new” condition you will receive the value of your original purchase price less 15% restocking charge. (The charge is used to cover our original delivery costs and for repackaging if necessary.) Package the merchandise for return carefully, because a 25% restocking charge will apply if the returned merchandise is received in less than “like new” condition.
• Forstall Art does not refund original shipping charges on returns. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the merchandise.
