Michael Sharp has a BFA in drawing and painting. He worked as a drawing professor's assistant for two semesters while earning his BFA. After college he worked as a substitute teacher for middle school and high school, which included art classes along with other academic subjects. After moving to Los Angeles, he also taught some private adult art classes.
Supplies Needed

drawing pad (11 x 14 or lager)

drawing board

kneaded eraser
-
drawing pencils
-
acrylic paint: 2fl oz tube or larger (titanium white, raw umber, cadmium red medium, cadmium yellow medium, ultramarine blue)

water container
-
assortment of paint brushes in multiple sizes - (round, flat, filbert)

paper towels or rags

assortment of stretch canvases or canvas panels (11 x 14 or larger)
UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the workshop will receive a refund equal to 50% of the cost of the class. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not receive a refund. This will help ensure that the instructor will be paid for their time and effort of teaching the workshop.
