The Decocolor Outliner is great for hand letting, doodling, greeting cards and invitations. Works best on light or white paper or uncoated cardstock, crafting or any porous paper. For best results: test on like paper, put scratch paper under work to protect work surface from bleed through and shake well before use. This product is designed to bleed through to allow separation between paint and ink. This product contains xylene, please use in a well ventilated area. This set contains red, blue, green and purple.
